I was really intimidated taking this one into the studio, mainly because of the change in feel in the middle section. – I had only ever played it live in my solo format. But my producer, Dave Brophy, is also an incredible jazz drummer so he didn't flinch a bit. Same with Joe McMahon on bass – didn't phase him at all. And just to add some tumult to support the topic matter, that's Andrew Stern supplying the chaos fuzz guitar.
