here there be monsters
Listen with your eyes closed. You find yourself lucid dreaming in a nightmare. You don't know WHAT is surrounding you, but you hear them, growling, snarling, hissing, drooling, whispering, squelching towards you. Then one brushes up against you and you start running in the pitch blackness, blind. You don't know where you're going, but you just want to get away from where you are. Save yourself. ......I used 3 different drum machine emulators to program the drums. The abrupt timing switch is meant to feel like you slid out of control or smack into a wall... then kept running.
